TIG Sells 89K-SF Fairfax Office Asset

Transwestern Investment Group and Acento Real Estate Partners have sold Gatewood Plaza, an 88,995-square-foot office property in Fairfax, Virginia. The price was not disclosed.

Located at 10201 Fairfax Boulevard, the property hosts tenants including Trident Systems and PE Systems. Renovated in 2015, the building offers parking, an outdoor patio, and flexible floor plans.

“Fairfax’s strong labor pool and local amenity base, coupled with its superior access to the Washington metropolitan area, make it a desirable location for both owners and occupiers of commercial real estate,” said Clarke Crenshaw, senior managing director for TIG. Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group, led by Gerry Trainor, represented the seller in the transaction.
