Ticketing Platform Doubles Headquarters Space in Move to PENN 1

Vestian, a corporate real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, represented TickPick, a no-fee ticketing platform, in securing a new 17,000-square-foot lease at Vornado Realty Trust’s PENN 1 for its corporate headquarters. The move means doubling the size of its previous office to accommodate its rapidly growing team and business operations.

After touring more than 20 potential locations throughout the city, TickPick and Vestian selected PENN 1 for its central location, proximity to Madison Square Garden, transit accessibility and the opportunity to build out a fully customized office environment. The raw space will be delivered and built to TickPick’s specifications by Vornado.

“TickPick was laser-focused on finding a space that could evolve with them – PENN 1 delivers on that vision,” said Alec Kirschner, executive managing director of Vestian. “This move not only enhances their workspace experience, but also positions them at the epicenter of New York business and culture.”
