TIAA’S Frisco Hub Piles On Amenities

TIAA’s new corporate hub in Frisco currently houses 1,000 employees, and if perquisite offerings count, this building may be at the top of the food chain. The company says it is designed to boost productivity and well-being of its workers.

The 15-story, 500,000-square-foot building is located at 3965 Dallas Pkwy., within The Star.

The Dallas Business Journal reports, among the standout features is an on-site medical center with three exam rooms, staffed by a full-time doctor and nurse practitioner. The center offers physicals, vaccinations, illness testing, massage therapy and dermatology services.

A full-service pharmacy provides workers with prescriptions and over-the-counter medications at cost. The fitness center recently opened. In March, the company will open a 310-seat auditorium and a food hall with rotating cuisine options tied to seasonal and affinity group celebrations.

Outdoor spaces, including a garden, putting green, pickleball court and terraces, offer fresh air and relaxation. Additional amenities include arcade games, a golf simulator, shuffleboard, billiards and table tennis. The campus features more than 100 pieces of art and more than 100 electric vehicle charging stations.
