Three Transactions of Nearly 200K SF Sell in 10 Days
Three back-to-back transactions totaling 198,663 square feet were recently closed within a 10-day period. 15800 Export Plaza located in World Houston Business Park, a class-A manufacturing building at 11940 Brittmoore Park Dr. and a tilt wall office/warehouse facility at 7211 Gessner were sold to undisclosed buyers.
The Transwestern Real Estate Services industrial group team of Nick Peterson and John Ferruzzo represented the sellers in all three transactions.
“All three properties generated strong demand from both users and investors alike,” said Peterson. “We continue to see unwavering sales interest on freestanding buildings and dock-high distribution facilities of all sizes.”
- 15800 Export Plaza is a four-building complex totaling 89,000 square feet on 9.69 acres near Bush Intercontinental Airport. This was a sale-leaseback transaction.
- 11940 Brittmoore Park Dr. is home to a class-A 59,344-square-foot manufacturing facility with 9,350 square feet of office space located in the Brittmoore-Tanner Business Park. The building has one truck well and eight 5-ton cranes.
- 7211 Gessner is a 50,319-square-foot building on 7.25 acres with access to Beltway 8 and Highway 290. The building comes with 3.25 acres.
“Buyers are taking advantage of low interest rates and we expect the sales market to stay strong throughout 2021,” said Ferruzzo.
