Three-Tenant Net-Lease Portfolio in Newington Trades for $7M

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the seller in the disposition of a three-tenant portfolio net leased to Infrasource Underground Construction, Trash Away and GPM Investments in Newington, VA.

An entity related to 8219 Terminal Road Holdings out of Bethesda, MD, acquired the assets on for $7.3 million. Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer along with Johnny Pritzlaff of Thalhimer’s. 

The properties are situated on 3.65 acres of I-6 zoned land directly off Interstate 95 in Fairfax County.
