Three-Story Mixed-Use SoHo Property Lists for Sale 

A three-story mixed-use property located at 261 Bowery in SoHo is listed for sale.  

With 10,035 square feet of development rights, the property has a total buildable area of around 15,000 square feet. The property, currently offering one retail store and two one-bedroom apartments, can be delivered vacant.  

Adelaide Polsinelli of Compass is handling the listing. “As the economy regains its vigor, businesses are positioning themselves for real estate triumphs,” said Polsinelli.
