Three Retail Pad Sites in Wareham Sold for $8M 

Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay finalized a $7.6 million sale of three retail pad sites hosting five retailers in Wareham, MA. 

Located at 1 Tobey Rd., the sites encompass three newly constructed buildings housing Starbucks, U.S. Air National Guard, Aspen Dental, Chipotle, Crumbl Cookies, and Wareham Animal Hospital.  

The combined 13,164-square-foot space rests on a 4.03-acre corner plot, plus new leases with Crumbl Cookies (10 years) and Wareham Animal Hospital (15 years).
