Three NorCal X Team Affiliates Form Regional Alliance

A trio of X Team Retail Advisors affiliates in Northern California formed a regional alliance that covers a footprint encompassing San Francisco, San Jose, the East Bay, and Sacramento. The formalized partnership involves The Econic Company in the South Bay, with offices in Campbell, Stockton, and Walnut Creek; John Cumbelich & Associates, based in the East Bay; and The Edwards Company in Sacramento, reportedly making it the largest and most tenured retail brokerage alliance in these regions.

“We’ve observed how the retail brokerage business has come to be dominated by regional serving boutiques, operating independently,” said John Cumbelich of John Cumbelich & Associates. “It was a logical decision to bring together our three teams and form a cohesive platform.”

X Team President Dave Cheatham said, “This partnership between three affiliates in Northern California is a natural extension of the X Team platform, which was formed as a national retail real estate resource for retailers and landlords. Our affiliate network spans from coast to coast and delivers large-scale expertise in 50 markets across the U.S. and Canada. I expect we will continue to see collaborations like this emerge among X Team affiliates because they reflect clients’ need for a wide lens, strategic advice and local execution.”
