Three New Tenants Join JLL-Managed Deer Park Town Center

Deer Park Town Center, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center, welcomed three new retailers and restaurants including Sweetgreen, Victoria’s Secret, and The Shade Store. Sweetgreen, a new restaurant that will feature in-season vegetables and unprocessed ingredients, will be opening a new 2,156-square-foot space to serve farm-to-table fast foods.

Construction will start this fall for apparel and undergarment store, Victoria’s Secret, on a 4,965-square-foot store. The Shade Store, a retailer that offers customized window treatments, blinds, and shade, is set to open in spring 2024.

The center which is managed by JLL, is also undergoing exciting renovations for three current tenants in its lineup of retailers and restaurants. A current tenant, Pottery Barn, is undergoing an expansion, Bath & Body Works relocated to a larger space, and Crate & Barrel is also planning a remodel that is set to be completed by the holiday season.
