Three New Leases Inked at 555 Fifth Avenue 

ATCO Properties & Management secured three lease agreements totaling 12,961 square feet at 555 Fifth Avenue, a 20-story office building in Midtown.  

Kiran Gems USA, Inc. leased 6,360 square feet on the 18th floor, relocating its New York headquarters. Andrew Fabrikant & Sons renewed its 2,631 square feet space on the 19th floor, and Apollo Manufacturing, Inc. expanded to 3,970 square feet on the sixth floor, nearly doubling its original space.  

ATCO was represented by Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers and Charles Shamash of Norman Bobrow & Co Inc. represented Kiran. The lease deals at 555 Fifth Avenue ranged within the $58-$63 per square foot range.
