Fiesta Station and 2 other casinos to be demolished and land sold

Three Las Vegas-Area Casinos Get the Wrecking Ball

Texas Station, Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson will be permanently closed, demolished and the land beneath them sold. The owners of the three casinos, Red Rock Resorts says the 107.5 acres that contained the three resorts will be sold and it’s unlikely that casinos would be built on any of the parcels.

Red Rock’s Scott Kreeger explains, “It’s not that we’re leaving either city. It’s that we’d like to continue to invest in our existing properties within those cities and also to explore new build opportunities. That capital would be redirected to new development project that would create jobs and new amenities of our customers in different locations within the same cities.”

The three casinos were shuttered during the Covid pandemic and never re-opened.
