Three Large Tenants Found for Baytown Industrial Campus
CBRE has arranged three large, long-term warehouse leases. A third-party logistics company, a cargo and port terminal operations company and a refining catalyst supply company are among the companies who will be moving into buildings B and C of the Baytown Intermodal Center. In all, the three tenants will take up over 500,000 square feet of the 1.2 million square foot facility, which is owned by Reich Brothers.
Reich Brothers Matt Reich likes the tenant mix, “These tenants are highly respected for their operational expertise. They are a welcome addition to the tenant portfolio, strengthening the Port of Houston and the region’s growing position in the global supply chain.”
CBRE’s Boomer White and Jim Stark arranged the leases for Reich Brothers. Baytown Intermodal is served by BNSF and Union Pacific rail lines, it’s near Interstate 10 and is close to shallow water barge docks.
