Three Investment Firms Ink 112K-SF Space in Hudson Yards 

Tishman Speyer has secured lease agreements with three investment firms for a combined 112,000 square feet at The Spiral, its 66-story office tower in Hudson Yards. 

Global asset manager Marshall Wace signed a 14-year lease for 79,000 square feet, ProShares took a 9,000-square-foot lease, and another global asset management firm leased 24,000 square feet.  

Located at 66 Hudson Blvd E, The Spiral has now leased about 75% of its 2.8 million-square-foot office space, with tenants including Pfizer, HSBC, and AllianceBernstein. The building features landscaped terraces, hanging gardens and offers amenities like a clubhouse, co-working spaces and prebuilt suites.
