Three French Valley Retail Buildings Change Hands for $17M

SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group (NNLG) has completed the $17 million sale of three retail outparcels to French Valley Marketplace, in French Valley, CA. The three properties include a Grocery Outlet-occupied building which anchors the center, and two under-construction assets to be occupied by Rite Aid, Chipotle and Quick Quack Car Wash.

The buyer in the transaction, a Southern California-based private investor, paid all-cash in the transaction. The seller, a private developer was represented by SRS NNLG’s Managing Principals Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther and First VP Jack Cornell.

“French Valley is a rapidly expanding residential market with growing demand for retail and necessity-based uses,” said Mousavi. “Our team secured a buyer who saw the value of this well-located, newly constructed shopping center.”

French Valley Marketplace, located on Winchester Road, totals 78,000 square feet and features tenants that include Eos Fitness and McDonald’s.
