Three CRE Leaders Launch Southwell Realty Capital

New York City-based Southwell Realty Capital has launched with an executive team of three leaders in the commercial real estate industry: Mark Davis, Gregg Christensen, and Richard Carr. The new firm offers a full spectrum of capital market advisory services, including investment asset sales, common and preferred equity placement, and construction, bridge, and permanent mortgage debt arrangement.

“Assembling a team with an entrepreneurial mindset and proven real estate capital markets expertise allows us to engage with our clients at a more substantive level,” said principal broker Davis. “I’m perhaps most excited by the team’s complementary skill sets, which are already proving well-suited to meeting the unique needs of our clients.”

Managing director Christensen said, “We’re successfully executing for our clients out of the gate by providing them with access to a wide range of equity investment and debt financing options. Leveraging our deep relationships with the public, private, and institutional real estate investment community, we recently closed a complex $43-million construction loan for a Washington, DC office project involving a large national developer.”

Managing director Carr added, “Seamlessly blending and leveraging our diverse professional experiences positions Southwell to offer a unique perspective for our clients while delivering superior results. We’re excited to be teaming up together.
