Thorofare Capital Provides $126M for DC Medical Portfolio

Thorofare Capital, affiliated with Callodine Group, completed a $125.9 million financing deal for eight clinical medical facilities spanning over 705,000 square feet across Greater Washington, D.C., and nearby submarkets. A Harrison Street investment entity landed the three-year floating-rate mortgage loan.

The transaction was executed by Thorofare’s Felix Gutnikov, Jacob Yi, and Nicholas Krueger. “We have fostered a relationship with Harrison Street over the years, and this transaction is the culmination of our prior collaboration and their trust in our ability to execute this multi-property, multi-state portfolio financing with a swift, reliable, and flexible approach,” said Gutnikov.

Newmark’s John Nero, Ben Appel, Jay Miele and Michael Greeley represented the borrower.
