Thornton Tomasetti Hires Jonathon Stage as VP in San Francisco

Structural engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti has welcomed Jonathon Stage as Vice President in San Francisco. In his new role, Stage will lead the West Coast Sustainability Team, supporting clients with a range of sustainability solutions for new building and retrofit projects.

Stage brings 17 years of experience in the design and implementation of clean energy and sustainable building programs to Thornton Tomasetti. He has provided high-performance solutions for commercial, multifamily, industrial, agricultural and public sector clients. Most recently, he served as vice president at Willdan.

Stage has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Davis and he is a licensed professional engineer in California as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mark comes to ConnectCRE with an extensive background as a business and news reporter in San Francisco radio, as well as 35 years as a traffic reporter on several stations including KGO, KNBR, KCBS and KFRC. As a business reporter, Mark covered the tech world in Silicon Valley where he became familiar with real estate transactions in the hot Bay Area marketplace.
