Thor and QuadReal Sign Two Tenants in Fulton Market

Thor Equities Group and QuadReal have secured leases with Teknion and Zeppola Bakery for more than 23,000 square feet at 800 W. Fulton Market, following the announcement of an expansion from anchor tenant Aspen Dental Management. Furniture maker Teknion has selected 800 W. Fulton for its Chicago office, and the popular New York City-based Zeppola will open its first Chicago store there.

“800 W. Fulton was designed with employee well-being at the forefront, and we are thrilled to welcome Teknion and pleased with Aspen Dental’s decision to expand their space,” said Thor chairman Joe Sitt. “Quadreal has been an excellent partner and together we are dedicated to building a project that meets and exceeds the demands of today’s workforce.”

Taking 1,270 square feet and benefitting from 60’ of wraparound frontage on N. Green and Wayman streets, Zeppola Bakery will serve a variety of authentic Italian delicacies.
