Thompson Thrift Delivers 336-Unit Longmont Project

Thompson Thrift has opened Notch66, a 336-unit luxury multifamily community near Longmont, 45 minutes north of Denver. Located at 2514 Main St., near Ute Highway, the 18.4-acre property is adjacent to a Walmart Supercenter and 3 miles from downtown Longmont.

Commercial Edge reports that the property is subject to a $67.5 million construction loan from Wells Fargo Bank. Developers started working on the project in 2022. The company has been active in Colorado for 11 years and has developed over 4,100 apartment homes in the state.

The property comprises ten three-story buildings, with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 689 to 1,369 square feet. Move-ins started in winter 2023, and the property is currently 30 percent leased.

Residences feature private balconies or patios. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, barbecue area, bocce ball court, dog park, and pet spa.

So far in 2024, more than 20 multifamily communities were delivered in the metro, bringing more than 4,500 residences to the market.
