Third Rock Ventures Hires Elkus Manfredi Architects to Design New Office Space

Elkus Manfredi Architects has been chosen by Third Rock Ventures, a healthcare venture capital firm, to design their new workplace in Boston’s Fenway life science district.

Located at 201 Brookline Avenue, the 24,000-square-foot space will be designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, with a focus on meeting the needs of each team member. Elkus Manfredi Architects plans to engage with Third Rock Ventures employees at all levels to incorporate their input and ideas in the design process through a Co-Creation process. The space will take cues from residential and hospitality design to create a comfortable and informal environment conducive to vibrant collaboration and spontaneous creative collisions among employees.

“Third Rock Ventures is committed to creating a design for a work environment that supports each team member and nurtures a community of professionals who change patient lives,” says Elizabeth Lowrey, a Principal at Elkus Manfredi Architects.
