Third of Five Q-Branded MF Projects Tops Out in Woodland Hills

Balaciano Group has topped out construction on The Q De Soto, a new apartment property in Woodland Hills. The 352-unit luxury, mixed-use development is the third of five Q-branded properties coming to the neighborhood as part of the Warner Center 2035 plan.

The 388,905-square-foot development will occupy 3.47 acres, including 69,000 square feet of commercial space and 23,000 square feet of amenity space. The Q De Soto will emphasize convenience-oriented amenities, such as a 24-hour concierge service and valet service, hotel units and live/work spaces. The amenity suite will also include a club lounge, outdoor sky terrace, resort-style pool, central courtyards, fitness center, spa and indoor screening room.

Designed by architecture firm Newman Garrison + Partners, The Q De Soto is expected to be completed in spring 2025.
