3rd Frisco Tom Thumb on the Way

Third Frisco Tom Thumb on the Way

The newest Tom Thumb will be 58,000 square feet, the third Tom Thumb supermarket in Frisco.

Located on the corner of Eldorado Parkway and Coit Road, the newest store moves into one of the last undeveloped portions of Brinkmann Ranch as one piece of a more than 600 acre mixed-use Landon Development Company and Centergy Retail project. The Tom Thumb supermarket location will be the anchor of the Lexington Village development, which will also include tenant spaces for retail and restaurant options.

“A unique part of this part of our city is the [Brinkmann] Ranch down the street that creates this huge void,” Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney said. “The biggest complaints I get from homeowners in this part of the city is there’s no retail, there’s no shopping, there’s no grocery store.” There will be now. It’s expected to open in spring 2024. Tom Thumb’s is an Albertson’s company.
