Therma Inks Full-Building Lease in San Jose with Ares Fund

CBRE has arranged a full-building, 212,683-square-foot lease to Therma LLC at the San Jose Logistics Center, a Class A industrial warehouse. Vice chairman Chip Sutherland and EVP Brian Matteoni represented the owner, an Ares Real Estate fund. Ares Industrial Management, a leading owner and operator of logistics facilities, manages the property.

“The lease up with immediate commencement of the recently delivered San Jose Logistics Center underscores the demand for modern logistics and manufacturing space in today’s market,” said Matteoni. “With limited new supply, occupiers such as Therma are moving quickly on newer product that is well-located, with ample power today, and access to additional power.”

Located at 650 N. King Rd. in San Jose, the property has 36-foot clear heights, 27 dock high doors, two grade-level doors and ample trailer parking and is zoned for light industrial use. The San Jose Logistics Center is within two miles of Interstate 680, Highway 101 and the Berryessa BART station.
