The Yankee Candle Company Inks Long-Term Lease at Hatfield
FoxRock Properties has announced the full occupancy of 142 Elm Street in Hatfield, MA, by The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. Following FoxRock’s 2022 acquisition, a 10-year lease agreement was signed with the candle brand for the 360,000-square-foot industrial asset set across 50 acres.
The industrial asset, with parking and 47 loading docks, is located a quarter mile from I-91. “This highly functional and well-located property is an excellent addition to our fast-growing portfolio,” says Bryan Giudicelli, director of Business Development at FoxRock Properties.
