CBRE has arranged a new 16,690-square-foot office lease at 100 NE Third Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, FL on behalf of The Yacht Portfolio.

Scott Goldstein and Keith Edelman with CBRE represented The Yacht Portfolio in the lease negotiations. Doug Okun of JLL represented the landlord, Miami Office 3, LLC.

The Yacht Portfolio, a strategic maritime investment company whose first brand extension includes The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, plans to move their headquarters to the penthouse space on the 11th floor of the building in early 2023.

“During the pandemic, the company subleased their office and did not have a physical location for the past two years. Now, they will have the ability to design a space for their employees that complements the ethos of their brand,” said Edelman. “This location allows employees to reconnect in person while offering spectacular water views, access to area amenities, secured parking, manned security and building top signage.”
