Kobalt Investment Company (Kobalt) acquired the Creekside Park Village Green in The Woodlands, Texas. The seller was the Howard Hughes Corporation. The center has 75,000 square feet under roof.

Creekside Park Village Green features a walkable setting with shopping, dining and entertainment options. The center, built in 2014, has 26 mostly local tenants, consisting of a variety of food and beverage, fitness, service and medical tenants.  Kobalt has plans for expanding offerings at Creekside Park Village Green while still offering a variety of events and activities for local residents.
