The Wardman Group Releases Trio of New England Boutique Hotels
Washington, DC-based The Wardman Group has disposed of three recently renovated independent leisure hotels totaling 169 keys in high-barrier, drive-to New England markets:
- Ocean Gate Resort, a 65-key property in Southport, ME
- Seven Hills Inn, a 57-key property in Lenox, MA
- The Lodge at Mount Snow, a 47-key property in West Dover, VT
Alan Suzuki, Matthew Enright, Emily Zhang, Jaime Fink and Brooks Murphy of JLL represented The Wardman Group, a boutique investment firm focused on the real estate sector and operating companies
“Vacation destinations throughout New England have performed exceptionally well post-pandemic, said Suzuki. “We were encouraged by the strong interest from both local and national investors for these unique and well-located boutique inns and resorts,” said Suzuki.
The portfolio was offered unencumbered by brand and management.
