Fashion designer and manufacturer Fossil Group leases the entire 536,000 square foot commercial building in Richardson. It’s Fossil’s global headquarters.

Located on 20 ares at the intersection of Spring Valley road and Central Expressway, the four-story building includes surface parking and a parking structure.

Swig’s Connor Kidd explains the move, “Investor interest in well-leased suburban headquarters facilities remains strong and this transaction affords us the opportunity to redeploy capital into our core target coastal markets.” Swig picked up a 91,000 square foot Seattle-area building last month. Besides Seattle, the company owns property in San Francisco, New York and Southern California.
