The RMR Group, Standard Solar Agree on 50% Expansion at Rockville’s Redland Corporate Center
The RMR Group and tenant Standard Solar have agreed the latter will expand its footprint at 530 Gaither Road within the Redland Corporate Center Rockville, MD by 50 percent. The signing brings Standard Solar’s ninth floor space, which the company has occupied since 2020, to 24,622 square feet.
Mindy Saffer and Jake Ruben of advisory firm Cresa represented Standard Solar, a company that is involved in the development, funding, ownership, and operation of commercial and community solar assets. Danny Sheridan, Amanda Davis, Bernard McCarthy and Patrick Hall of JLL represented Newton, MA-based The RMR Group.
530 Gaither Road is a 208,344-square-foot, Class A office building and one of four office properties that make up Redland Corporate Center. The recently renovated property features fitness center, conference center and shuttle to Shady Grove Metro station and local shopping centers. The office complex is adjacent to the King Farm community in Rockville and within one mile of I-270.
