The Residence at Valley Farm in MA Changes Hands

Blue Moon Capital Partners has acquired Residence at Valley Farm, a senior living community owned by Bridge Investment Group and LCB Senior Living, LLC. Blue Moon retained LCB as the operating manager.

The Residence at Valley Farm, located in Ashland, Massachusetts, is a Class A assisted living community with 80 units on a 2.88-acre site. The property has been recapitalized twice under LCB’s management since its completion.

The JLL Capital Markets team overseeing the transaction included Jay Wagner, Rick Swartz, and Jim Dooley. “Valley Farm has shown an impressive recovery in occupancy over the last year and has resulted in a mutually beneficial trade for both Bridge and Blue Moon in a challenging market,” said Wagner.
