The RAM Companies Buys 64K-SF Portland Industrial Complex for $10M 

Howard A. Goldenfarb’s RAM Companies has acquired the fully leased Warren Avenue industrial complex located at 421 and 429 Warren Avenue in Portland, Maine., for 9.6 million. 

The property, now known as the Portland Commerce Center, consists of three one-story buildings, providing a total of approximately 64,000 square feet of space with nine tenants. RAM plans to enhance the property with landscaping and parking lot improvements, rebranding, and other necessary upgrades.

Led by Howard Goldenfarb, Todd Goldenfarb, and Mark Campbell, the acquisition was conducted on behalf of RAM and its affiliate, Mile Marker Investments. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the seller.
