The Procopio Companies Relocates Operations to 10K SF in Middleton

The Procopio Companies, a fourth-generation real estate development and construction management firm, has moved its headquarters to a 10,000-square-foot space in the 35 Village Road office building in Middleton, MA.

Bill Clark of Clark Real Estate represented The Procopio Companies in the deal, while JLL represented the landlord, Sovereign Partners.

The Procopio Companies is relocating from offices in Lynfield, MA to accommodate the company’s 31% internal growth in 2021 and strength in the multifamily market.

The Procopio Companies’ growth in 2021 included 1 million square feet of active construction and $596 million under development. Its completed developments welcomed 514 new residents to various properties. The firm currently has active projects Lynn, MA and in Portland, ME.
