The PRC Group Secures $36M Refi for Bayonne Apartment Complex 

The PRC Group has landed a $36 million refinance for City Line Bayonne, a luxury apartment complex in Bayonne, NJ.  

Located at 317 Ave E, City Line Bayonne comprises two six-story residential buildings with 162 units, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The property features amenities like a rooftop sundeck, a fitness center, and a pet-friendly spa.  

Led by Walker & Dunlop’s John Banas, Kris Wood, John Wilson, Rhett Saltiel, and Erik DiGirolamo, the loan offers a 10-year fixed term with flexible prepayment and the potential to increase loan proceeds.
