The Praedium Group Purchases New Multifamily in Tucker
The Praedium Group has acquired The Reid, a newly constructed, 242-unit suburban multifamily property in the northeastern Atlanta submarket of Tucker, GA.
The Reid consists of three four- and five-story elevatored residential buildings with extensive lifestyle amenities. This property is adjacent to I-285, one of the metro’s main thoroughfares.
“We believe the Reid’s proximity to several major employment centers, access to walkable retail and lifestyle attractions and its state-of-the-art amenity set make this an attractive investment for Praedium,” said Peter Calatozzo, principal at Praedium. “Dekalb County, where The Reid is located, continues to benefit from the population growth being seen throughout the Atlanta MSA.”
Since December 2021, Praedium has also purchased The Sound at Pennington Bend in Nashville, TN; Winter Park 2 in the Orlando MSA and Atlas Crown in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX MSA. Praedium’s investment strategy targets rental housing in suburban markets with above average job and population growth.
