‘The Pitch’ Opens at Austin FC Training Facility

Karlin Real Estate has announced that The Pitch, a new hospitality, sports and entertainment complex has opened in Northeast Austin at the training facility of Austin FC, the city’s professional soccer team.

The Pitch joins the training facility as one of the key anchors at the 50-acre Parmer Pond District. The complex includes food and beverage options, a 1,200-seat stadium and an artificial soccer pitch as well as the five-acre Parmer Pond. Food tenants at the venue will include Ranger Burger, Ga Roti, Taco Flats, Sand Bar, Coffee Club and Corner Kick Bar.

The development team behind the complex includes Karlin Real Estate/Parmer Austin, Corner Kick Hospitality Group, TBG Partners, Team Orbis, Mark Odom Studio, STG Design, Citadel Development Services, Austin FC and Two Oak Ventures.

With its location adjacent to the St. David’s Performance Center, The Pitch is a venue that does not exist in Major League Soccer because it offers a unique opportunity to create social experiences aligned with Austin FC, Academy matches and in support of this community’s burgeoning soccer culture.”
