The Pioneer Collective Expands Belltown Location

The Pioneer Collective (TPC), a Seattle-based coworking operator, has announced an expansion of its Belltown location at 2101 1st Ave in downtown Seattle.

The company will take over 6,600 square feet of new space directly above its current location in the historic Guiry Schillestad Building, bringing its Belltown footprint to just under 20,000 square feet.

The expansion space most recently housed outdoor retailer Orvis and, prior to that, Urban Hardwoods.
This expansion will give TPC extra meeting room capacity and additional private offices.

TPC worked with Public47 Architects on the design, and Goudy will act as general contractor. The project includes a communicating staircase between the new space and the existing location, sandblast restoration of support columns back to their original timber, and a large meeting room.

The project is currently in permit review, and construction is expected to begin in February with an opening date planned for late summer 2026.
