Located at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, the building is the third of five planned buildings for the office district at Frisco Station, a 242-acre mixed-use development.

The Offices Three at Frisco Station’s companion, The Offices Two, is 96 percent leased to date. To continue this momentum, Frisco Station is planning 5 million square feet of additional office space, which will eventually employ 15,000 business professionals.
