The Offices Three at Frisco Station is Third of Five Planned

VanTrust Real Estate LLC continues to meet growing office demand with the completion of The Offices Three at Frisco Station, a 210,000-square-foot class-A speculative office building. Located at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, the building is the third of five planned buildings for the office district at Frisco Station, a 242-acre mixed-use development.

“As COVID-19 forced the country to rethink the way we work and live, businesses began seeking out customizable workspaces that maximize efficiency and promote flexibility,” said Chris McCluskey, vice president of development at VanTrust Real Estate.

The six-story mid-rise office tower, The Offices Three at Frisco Station, provides structured parking, a fitness center, conference center and upgraded tenant lounge. Additionally, Frisco Station is adjacent to the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters and The Star’s more than 50 retail, restaurant and entertainment options.

The Offices Three at Frisco Station’s companion, The Offices Two, is 96 percent leased to date. To continue this momentum, Frisco Station is planning 5 million square feet of additional office space, which will eventually employ 15,000 business professionals.
