NRP Group, Angelo Gordon Break Ground on Prince William MF Development  

The NRP Group and Angelo Gordon have broken ground on Lake Pointe, a new apartment community in Woodbridge, Virginia.  

Located twenty miles south of Washington, D.C., in Prince William County, the development will be situated on a 15-acre site and will consist of five four- and five-story buildings with a total of 355 units. Amenities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, parking garages, and a dog park and spa. 

This project represents the second partnership between NRP and Angelo Gordon, and the construction is being supported by a construction loan from Santander Bank. The development is expected to deliver its first units in 2025.
