The Neenan Company Stays Busy in the PNW
Colorado-based design-build firm The Neenan Company has closed out 2022 completing two health care projects in the Pacific Northwest, with another planned to deliver in early 2023. The projects include a pair of community health centers (CHC’s) and a specialty eye care clinic. They are:
- The Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic – West Valley Family Health and OB/GYN (pictured) is a 30,000-square-foot CHC in Yakima, WA. Completed in October, the facility fosters a warm and inviting space for women and mothers.
- EyeHealth Northwest is a remodeled 5,000-square-foot eye care clinic in Tigard, OR completed this winter.
- Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic – The Rosewood Clinic is a 35,000-square-foot clinic under construction in Portland, OR. The CHC will provide family medicine, dental and pharmacy services at a former derelict site with delivery expected this spring.
“We are in the business of strengthening communities and we strive to create proactive and uplift health care spaces throughout the country,” said Neenan designers Whitney Churchill, Joe Ashcraft and Sarah Jenk.
