The Motorcoach Store Buys $18.3M Bradenton Headquarters

The Motorcoach Store, a luxury motorcoach and RV dealership, has purchased a 139,904-square-foot industrial property in Bradenton for $18.3 million. The property, at 5821 24th Street E., will serve as the national headquarters and allow the company to launch The Motorcoach Club, a full-service storage and concierge service for luxury, Class-A diesel RV owners.

Nick DeVito II, SIOR, and Brie Tulp, RPA, of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer. Steve Horn, CCIM, and Melissa Harris, SIOR, of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller, Avon Cabinet Corporation.

The Motorcoach Store has operated out of a 18,300-square-foot space located at 3231 59th Street East in Brandenton for the last 13 years.

A multi-million dollar renovation will create a full-service dealership with 16 service bays, and in-house cabinet, upholstery and glass shops. In addition, there will be indoor storage available for 88 luxury, Class-A diesel RVs.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
