The Moinian Group Adds 18K SF of New Leases Across Flatiron
The Moinian Group has signed 18,000 square feet of new leases across five properties in the Flatiron district. The new tenants include Kids at Work, LineLeap, Yinova Management Company, PlayPlay, and Tej Beauty Enterprises, Inc. The leases were facilitated by Gabriel Whitman, Gregg Weisser, and Nick Berger at The Moinian Group, representing the landlord, West Gramercy Associates, LLC.
Yinova Management Company signed a 5,000-square-foot lease at 37 West 17th Street. PlayPlay signed a 5,000-square-foot lease at 53 West 21st Street. Tej Beauty Enterprises, Inc. signed a 3,000-square-foot lease at 10 West 18th Street. Kids at Work signed a 2,500-square-foot lease at 147 West 24th Street. LineLeap signed a 2,500-square-foot lease at 29 West 17th Street.
These properties are part of The Moinian Group’s West Gramercy Commercial Portfolio, comprising seven buildings totaling 122,000 square feet. They offer amenities such as newly renovated, single-tenant full floors, private bathrooms, pantries, and 24/7 building access.
