Sadowski, President of Construction at The Missner Group and Nicole Makowski, Owner of Makowski’s Real Sausage, Pose outside of the newly renovated facility.

The renovation encompassed approximately 32,000 square feet of industrial space, including major infrastructure, refrigeration, and mechanical system upgrades. The Missner Group also reconfigured production areas to enhance efficiency, improve workflow, and accommodate new food processing equipment.

The project also included the build-out of office spaces at the adjacent warehouse, converting a vacant structure into functional storage and office space to support Makowski’s operations.
