The Malin to Open Workspace Location in DC
The Malin, a network of hospitality-driven workspaces, is opening its first D.C. location, marking the tenth location nationwide.
Located at the corner of 15th and M Street NW, The Malin D.C. is set to open in the fall. At 20,400 square feet, it will span two floors and combine style and function with a modular layout.
The ground floor will include communal workspaces, a library, phone booths, patios, a purpose-built event space, an adjoining lecture hall, and a screening room for company offsites and events. The second floor will include 12 private offices, four meeting rooms, 20 dedicated desks, and 23 phone booths.
The building, originally conceived as an office building in 1963 by D.C. developer Marshall Coyne, marks the brand’s second venture with legacy developers TF Cornerstone. The surrounding neighborhood is home to government institutions and corporate headquarters, all within walking distance of Dupont Circle and the 14th Street corridor.
