The Malin Opening Work-Focused Members Club in The Gulch

The Malin, a work-focused members club, will open its second Nashville location in Paseo South Gulch. The Malin, in the historic Voorhees Building, will provide an elevated, neighborhood-first work experience blocks from downtown. Kingston Lafferty Design’s interiors will reflect the local architecture and attitude.

Offering varied work settings, The Malin supports a wide range of independent professionals and small teams alike. The 12,000-square-foot space will accommodate 58 dedicated desks, seven private offices, four meeting rooms, three lounges and one library. Different work zones are defined by distinct atmospheres, each marked by high gloss lacquer, burl wood, sumptuous carpets, and signature crystal and stone.

Paseo South Gulch is a burgeoning neighborhood developed by Nashville and New York City-based SomeraRoad. The development combines four new mixed-use towers with the adaptive reuse of two classic Nashville buildings. The neighborhood will offer world-class retail, residential, food and beverage, office space and a hotel.
