The Life Properties Unveils $9.9M Capital Improvement Project
The Life Properties, the property management and construction management affiliate of Olive Tree Holdings, a mission-driven private investment company with a focus on real estate, unveiled a $9.9 million capital improvement program at The Life at Wood Springs, a 608-unit multifamily community in Indianapolis, Indiana.
“We are thrilled to announce the start of the capital improvement initiative at The Life at Wood Springs, delivering key property and sustainability enhancements to the community,” said President of The Life Properties, Jamin Harkness, “In tandem with the property upgrades, we’ve additionally ensured the preservation of the property’s affordability status for residents as we brought the community back into compliance following previous ownership, passing the affordable housing audit with a perfect score.”
The community offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences and is conveniently located just minutes away from various neighborhood shopping, dining and entertainment options.
