The Kaplan Companies Lands $47M for North Brunswick Senior Community 

The Kaplan Companies has secured $47 million in financing for Amaranth at North Brunswick, a luxury 55+ active adult community in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Nuveen Real Estate provided the loan.   

Amaranth offers low-maintenance living with one- and two-bedroom floor plans and amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, dog park, and more. The property’s location provides easy access to local amenities and transportation routes.  

JLL Capital Markets represented the borrower with a team led by Michael Klein.
