The Journey Church Extends Midtown Lease
The Journey Church NYC has signed a 10-year lease extension for its 8,643-square-foot space on the third floor of 247 West 37th St. in the Garment District.
Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction; Gary Youm of JLL represented the tenant. The Journey Church NYC first moved into the building in 2013. The Journey Church NYC will continue to use the space for its general and executive offices, serving as its home for over a decade. The building, originally known as the Bricken Centre Building, was constructed in 1924 and has recently undergone significant renovations.
“The Journey Church NYC has been a solid tenant for the past decade. They wanted to maintain their large footprint due to the close proximity to the theater where their weekly services are held,” said Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate.
