The Hill

The Hill’s Neighborhood Proximity Serves Everyday Needs

The Hill, a 240,000-square-foot shopping destination at the northeast corner of Walnut Hill and Central Expressway in Dallas, recently sold to Asana Partners in an off-market transaction. The purchase price was undisclosed.

Completed in 1977, The Hill underwent substantial renovations in recent years to evolve into eclectic mix of restaurants and retailers that cater to the local community. The property is arranged around an interior courtyard punctuated with 30-year old oak trees.

Located in north central Dallas at 8041 Walnut Lane, The Hill’s proximity to Preston Hollow, Lake Highlands, Lakewood and Park Cities allows it to serve the everyday needs of both the mature as well as family-focused customer.

The JLL team representing the seller, EB Arrow, was led by Barry Brown, Ryan Shore, Chris Gerard and Jason Jacobs.
