The Hideaway Opens in Beverly Hills

The Hideaway, from Jeffrey Best, a 1970’s-inspired Mexican Steakhouse, centered around a tile patio with cabanas, wrought iron tables and a stucco fireplace, is set to open in early August in Beverly Hills, CA. Celebrity investors on the project include Evan Ross and Ryan Phillippe, who helped collaborate on the restaurant.

Chefs Alex Moreno and Viet Pham offer a market driven menu with small plate offerings that include Beef Tartare and Alaskan King Crab alongside large plates of hand selected beef, pork and fish. The dishes and accompaniments feature traditional Mexican and world spices.

The Hideaway, located on Rodeo Drive, also features a jewel box bar offering handmade libations as imagined by Julian Cox. The House Margarita is a blend of Blanco and Resposado tequilas and house-blended sweet and sour juices. General Manager Bart Clemmer spearheads the wine program.
