The Granola Bar Signs Retail Lease at 330 Madison Ave 

The Granola Bar is set to open a new location at 330 Madison Ave., a Class A tower in Midtown. The restaurant has signed a 15-year lease for 3,692 square feet on the ground floor of the 852,000-square-foot property, which is close to full occupancy with tenants including Guggenheim Partners, JLL, and MunichRe. The restaurant is expected to open in the first quarter of 2025. 

A JLL retail leasing team that includes Erin Grace, Matt Ogle, Corey Zolcinski and Ariane Girard represented ownership in the lease. The tenant was represented by Alexandra Turboff of Mona. “Our leasing team worked with ownership to find an experienced restaurant operator to service tenants of the building by providing breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails in an elevated, friendly environment,” said Grace.
